    个人感悟

          经过2个月有工作量监督的工作,我有点点感悟。
          1.无所谓的事,要宽心;有所谓的事,要上心。
          每天忙忙碌碌,到底什么才是有所谓的事?这只取决于你的内心。每个人的内心世界各不相同,从而对待事情的态度可能也会各不相同。因此,当你把自己的标准强加给别人的时候,往往都是徒劳的。
          2.从整体分析问题,不要囿于局部。
          不管是工作中的检索还是生活的难题,都不要以偏概全,包括待人也是一样。要多了解事情的来龙去脉,从宏观角度把握。
          3.善于总结,从本质上解决问题。
           前几天,膝盖隐隐作痛,我原以为是运动过量的疲劳症状,就减少了运动量。后来,才发现是北京的天气还没有到只穿一条牛仔裤的程度。工作也如此,错误频频发生,不能再犯同样的错误。
          4.适量运动,从心底里学会放松。
          每天都对着3个电脑屏幕,看着大大小小,红红绿绿的方块字和字母,难免有犯困的时候。适量的运动,乒乓球,羽毛球都是不错的放松方式。
          5.不要横比,要纵比;力求:每天都有进步,每天都有新收获。
          睡前问一声,今天的我,还是昨天的我吗?不要虚度每一天。玩要玩得开心,留下美好记忆;学要学得有效,得到实际提高。
          6.要把握独立钻研和虚心求教的平衡点。
          不要在一个问题上,无谓思考,要学会与人交流。同时,要有自己的观点,自己与众不同的见解。
